Test procedure:
1. Temperature shock
1.1 The test object is the battery pack or the system
1.2 The test object is placed in the alternating temperature environment of (-40 ± 2) ºC ~ (85 ± 2) ºC. The conversion time of the two extreme temperatures is within 30min. The test object is kept 8H in each extreme temperature environment for 5 cycles, and observed at room temperature for 2H
1.3 Requirements: no leakage of the battery pack or system, shell rupture, fire or explosion and other phenomena. The tested insulation resistance value shall not be less than 100 Ω / V
2. Hot and humid cycle
2.1 The test object is the battery pack or the system
2.2 Conduct test Db with reference to GB / T2423.4, see Figure 4. The highest temperature is + 80ºC for 5 cycles and 2 is observed at room temperature for H.
2.3 Requirements: no leakage of the battery pack or system, shell rupture, fire or explosion and other phenomena. The tested insulation resistance value shall not be less than 100 Ω / V
